It was a dark and gloomy night in the Digital World. Thunder crashed everywhere causing fires. Rain poured without end causing floods. Fires raged on without any sign of fading. Yet one living being was out running from the darkness.
It was a horse with a human like figure on it's back. The horse had a slash in its chest and blood was gushing out lightly leaving a slight trail of red liquid following it as it rode on in the night. The rider was just a human shaped figure riding in the night, cloaked in black hiding it from the Shadow Demon. The only visible parts were two blood red dots in the area of the eyes.
A red portal appeared in front of the Rider and consumed it. After it consumed the Rider it faded out...........
Eight people gathered under a tree expecting nothing to happen until.....
"Izzy, what's wrong with your computer?" Mimi questions.
"I don't know, Mimi. I detects some high energy field appearing right in front of us." Izzy explains.
"What the heck is that!" Matt questions and yells out.
Out of nowhere a blood red portal appears in front of them. The Riders steps out wounded like before. The horse walks toward the eight kids but finally collapses in a bloody heap.
"Oh no! What happened to him?" Kari cries out.
The Rider looks at the Digidestined and knells down.
"Digidestined, I have come to warn you about the Shadow Demon, a new evil like no other. He is strong and powerful. I challenged him but failed and soon I leave this world so please listen up. The Shadow Demon is strong and an even higher level then the Mega form. He has one weakness and only one can destroy him, the Digidestined of Life. He lives in a far off Land called Indigo, you must enlist his aide on your side. His name is, his name is," The Rider didn't finish his sentence and collapsed. It disappered in flash and the spot it's horse and itself were laying on was covered in blood.
"So what do we do know?" Joe and T. K. say at the same time.
"We go to Indigo!" Tai yells out.
"But where is Indigo, Tai?" Sora asks.
"I think we have a problem." Tai says.
A new evil was risen and doesn't want to take over anything. All it wants to do is to destroy both the Human and the Digital World. Who is this ninth child? What is the Shadow Demon? Where is Indigo? What the heck does the title mean? Find out next time on..... The Three Sides of the Crests
