I don't own BlazBlue or anything else I post on this site. It is called FAN FICTION after all. Js.
I woke to the sound of an entire crowd clapping. I looked around and saw a lot of people dressed in blue cheering around me, a blond girl next to me seemed to be trying to get my attention.
"Makoto! Wake up! You can't spend our graduation sleeping!" I remembered her name, Noel Vermilion. I cared about her, And if she was here, the Tsubaki wasn't far behind.
Alas, I wasn't nearly finished with my nap, so I uttered a groggy "Watch me..." before promptly falling back asleep. After a few seconds of shaking, Noel decided to leave me be. And I was perfectly fine with that.
"Makoto Nanaya!" My name? Who could be calling my name this time of night? Oh, right it's daytime, and I'm supposed to be graduating. Ugh, getting up is so hard.
I stood up and dragged myself to the center of the stage, where the headmaster of the military academy stood, ready to hand me a scroll. I took it quickly, returning to my seat and leaning onto Tsubaki. Sure, we were supposed to sit in alphabetical order, but who cares. It's the last day.
Several minutes and diplomas later, I left the auditorium with a smile on my face,
"WHOOHOO!" I yelled, throwing my hands and cap into the air, "Makoto Nanaya is finally free!" I looked at my friends, who's smiles mirrored mine,
"We've worked hard for this, Nanaya." Tsubaki said, taking her that off,
"That's for sure," Noel commented, doing the same, "I feel as if this is a new beginning."
"So what's the plan now?" I asked, stretching my back out.
"I'm joining the NOL." Both Noel and Tsubaki said at the same time.
"Really? No fair! You guys get to stay together." I frowned, I felt like I had been excluded.
"So what's your plan Makoto?" Noel said, trying to change the subject.
"I'm going to be a bounty hunter! Starting with Ragna The Bloodedge!" I said, letting my excitement peek through.
"Really? That's a dangerous job, Makoto. Promise me to stay safe." Tsubaki said, her face having a bit of worry.
"You know me." I laughed, shooting her a knowing look.
