Prologue
Nothing stirred as the darkness of the night flooded the forest. Nothing except for the figure of a mobian who seemed to be running desperately from something, or towards something. The mobian made sure to keep themselves cloaked in shadows and they hesitated one ear twitching at the slightest sound before continuing on their quest, whatever it was. They soon came to what appeared to be a village in the middle of the forest and crept through it darting from shadow to shadow. Stealth would be their greatest ally.
It was when they reached the edge of the village that they stopped, a wave of what looked like black energy rippled through the air. The mobian growled and watched as the energy flowed throughout the entire village before disappearing into nothing. The figure growled and sped up eventually coming across a rather unassuming clearing. They looked around the clearing nervously before walking out towards the middle of the clearing. The air practically buzzed with energy and that made them nervous. They knelt down in the middle of the clearing and brushed some of the fallen leaves from the ground only to snarl before standing back up.
"Too late..." they grumbled "I was a full half an hour too late" they rubbed their forehead before exiting the clearing as swiftly as they came. A shadow longer than the others slid across the ground after them, not that they noticed anything amiss. Soon enough both the mystery mobian and the phantom shadow were hidden in the undergrowth. Everything remained still, the forest held it's breath and a scream pierced the night air...
Me: Well we are back, and revising again. Sorry, I hope that no one minds but my ideas and inspiration went on a roller coaster ride and now... I just had to change nearly everything that I had done on this already sorry... once again, at least I'm back right? Yeah that doesn't really help does it?
