"Just answer this Edward did you ever really love me?"
I asked to Edward's stone hard expression and with a swift shake I ran away from him towards the direction of my house to write a note to Charlie that I was going to LaPush and raced to get in my car and to go to Jake's house.
When I got there it was pouring raining. I ran to the porch and knocked on the door. I heard Jake race to his front door. As soon as he got one look at my face now streaked with tears and soaked clothes he embraced me in a big bear hug and whispered comforting words in my ear as he lead me inside to his bedroom till I stopped crying and went to get me a towel.
"What's wrong Bella" Jake asked with concern laced in his voice once he got back.
"He left me and said he didn't really love me" I said looking down at my lap. He lifted my chin "Oh Bella, that's his loss he doesn't deserve you"
He said completely honest looking in my eyes. I reached my neck up and met my lips with his and he quickly responded. When we parted he leaned his forehead against mine "Thank you Jake"
"For what Bella" he asked with a small grin
"For always being there for me, thank you"
"You're welcome Bella. I love you"
"I love you too Jake"
