Despair.
That's the only thing I can feel.
The only thing that I can love.
That I can touch within my small world.
And feel the sweet embrace of its flame.
A flame that keeps on burning
even after it has rained for years on end.
Again and again and again by hope.
Hope.
The thing that stabs me through the heart.
Not wanting to let me go of its own hands.
Controlling others like it is the true force of nature.
Being predictable and not at all fun in any way.
Other than watching those flies burn.
Burn in the fire that my despair created.
A despair greater than any hope.
Puhuhuhu.
The time is near for the game to begin again.
Never-ending fight between hope and despair.
The only thing that keeps me interested.
That keeps me having the will to survive.
Feeling that fire burn my precious skin.
It makes me want to scream out in pain!
Oh, how much I love the pain! Love, love!
Love!
Now that's truly the only thing that can win.
With both hope and despair, there's love.
Now how silly is that? A weak emotion?
Or is it truly the strongest one?
Whatever, I'm bored by this thought already.
Time to actually do something worth my time
other than write useless poetry.
