Maybe one of the reasons why in Manga Chapter 131 three of Dino's men had guns (Of course first it was two then three and back to being two guns again) by Squalo's head because of an event that might have happened before they were with the others watching (Tsuna and Xanxus fighting).

"I'll tell you why I follow Xanxus, but please come closer for my voice is weak from not talking since you asked me that question." Squalo said in a voice that Dino could barely hear, the long haired man looked at him, and after a moment bit down hard on the blonde's lower lip when Dino had went closer to hear him. Squalo's lips had covered Dino's lower lip completely and the blonde was too shocked to react for his first thought had been 'He is kissing me', but then the long haired man's teeth had bit down hard enough to draw blood and then he pulled away from Dino his eyes glaring at the blonde.
"I will not tell you no matter what happens to me. It is no one's damn business and I won't speak to you or anyone about my fucking reason. It is personal. I still won't tell you so quit asking me." Squalo whispered fiercely to the blonde. Dino could feel the blood on his lower lip, guns were trained on Squalo, and the blonde wiped away the blood using his thumb while sighing.
'Enough to hurt, but not enough to cause serious damage.' Dino briefly thought and he looked at the long haired man. 'He would use any part of his body to rebel and fight including his lips along with teeth as I have just found out first hand.'
"Don't kill or hurt him. I should have known better for regardless of his state and condition he will still try to rebel it is in his nature. It wouldn't due to kill him." Dino said calmly and he was not angry with Squalo. "Besides he can only use his teeth and lips right now. It only hurt slightly besides he didn't bite my lip off. So it is okay and I'm alright."
Squalo bit down on his own lip harshly for it was true, three guns were still to the back of his head, and Dino looked at the long haired man.
"You are hurting yourself." Dino stated smoothly and he sighed deeply before turning to his men. "Please sedate him so he can't hurt himself or try anything reckless like biting his tongue."
After a few minutes Squalo struggled briefly, but he was sedated and his eyes became half-lidded. Dino shook his head and looked at him.
'Don't look at me in such damn pity.' Squalo briefly thought and he closed his eyes. Dino grabbed a wash cloth, wiped away the blood on the long haired man's lip, and the guns were still at the back of Squalo's head.
"Tomorrow Tsuna and Xanxus will be fighting against each other." Dino commented calmly and he smiled faintly. "I believe you will start talking, Squalo."
