It started out like an ordinary day. At least for them. George could hear a loud boom, followed by a shout. He chuckled. Some things would never change. He went downstairs to see if Seamus was alright. The irish pyrotechnic sat in his small lab, different ingredients and potions in front of him. And a cauldron which exploded. Again.
"Don't...! Just..don't say anything!"
Seamus took his wand and cleaned the mess he cause. George just stood there and smirked. It was cute. He walked closer and kissed his cheek before he helped him to clean up the mess.
"What did you do this time? The wrong spell?"
Finnigan shook his head.
"No, I took daisy flowers instead of rose petals...they were so similar!"
He huffed and crossed his arms, staring at the stupid cauldron. George chuckled and sat down next to him. It was never boring with Seamus as a worker or boyfriend. It was quite...funny.
"Let's take a break. We could order some food? Lee takes care of the shop right now and Fred will take the other shift. We could also...do something different?"
Seamus just sighed and smirked a little. George always knew how to get him. He looked at him and pecked his lips before he got up.
"Sounds fine with me. But I prefer the food, I'm hungry!"
"We could do both at the same time, don't you think?"
Seamus flushed bright red and looked aside, not agreeing but also not denying it.
