It is set one year after Delsin murdered his people and Augustine.
He was captured after and his powers (abilitydrain) has been suppressed.
He escaped after finding out he still had smoke, neon, video and concrete.
He returns to his wife and best friend, Abby 'Fetch' Rowe and Eugene. Delsin and Fetch have a son named Reggie Rowe, who is also a conduit. Reggie can manipulate plastic.
Eugene has a career in the CIA and is known as, Overwatch.
Fetch Rowe has a job as a helpline operator, and assissts those who are trying to give up drugs.
And Delsin? After all the shit he's been through... he became an art teacher.
