We open to the ships as they slowly descend onto New World into a small seaside city built alongside a cliff, known as Harmonica Town as they landed.
"Well this was where Zexi said he would be for awhile." Jexi said.
"Hey! Master!" a voice called from a higher awning as Zexi waved down at them.
"Zexi! There you are! Come down here!" Jexi shouted.
"How about coming in? We're at the Inn." Zexi said.
It wasn't long before the group was in the inn and sitting at a table with the Neo Dimensional Heroes.
"You wish to form an alliance?" Abby asked.
"It's the truth. These Hobbyists have more manpower than we do. Counting the friends we have, it's only natural you guys came to mind." Hope said.
"Hmm. A call of heroism that unites many heroes. This is indeed an amazing idea." Heart said posing.
"Put a shirt on. We're in public." Gemina said.
"So Zexi, you in? You don't have to come along if you… ah who am I kidding, your mind's made up, isn't it?" Vashyron said.
"I was going to join when master brought it up anyway." Zexi said.
"At least ask our opinions on it!" Tulip and Leonis said.
"Never a dull moment with this guy, I tell ya." Harumi said.
"You said it, Harumi. Looks like we'll be travelling together for a while." David said. "That being said, Leonis… There's something that we should tell you."
"My father is dead, isn't he?" Leonis asked.
"Yeah… He was the head of the Magic Enforcers, and was killed by Innominat during our last adventure… S-sorry. I shouldn't have brought it up." David said.
"But how did you…" Jack began.
"Corvus came to me a few days ago with my father's staff. He didn't say anything but I knew what the gesture meant." Leonis said. "With Father gone, one of my elder sisters will take over our family till I am of age. Until that day comes, I will have to improve."
"He's...taking it well." Sectonia said.
"I share no remorse for the man who dares call me worthless. I lost all sympathies with him when he tried to kill people just to make sure I win." Leonis said which made Kabuki look down. "Ah, sorry. I didn't mean to…"
"It's quite alright, Leonis. We've both resigned ourselves to our new paths. Me, serving my Master and his sister has a repayment from their father, and you rebuilding your family's legacy from scratch." Kabuki said.
"Yes. That is exactly what we will both do." Leonis said.
"I like that conviction." Dark said. "You will do your best to avenge his death."
"Uh...thanks...I think." Leonis said.
"Well...let's get going than." Hope said.
"Wait, you can't leave so soon. You just got here." Sam said.
"Sam's right. We have a lot to catch up on, after all." David said.
"How about this? Spend the day in this region and then we can head out first thing tomorrow morning." Sam said.
"Hmm. Well this may be one of the few chances we get to unwind before heading out." Jexi said.
"You wouldn't be bored. The main town consists of a photo studio, dining here in the inn, a bar, even a tailors. You could even visit the mines to visit the general store or have something built at the carpenders or tools forged at the blacksmiths...even some accessories. Or go to the fields for some flowers or animal products. Your choice. This is your day." Sam said.
"Well then, let's not waste the day away." Sonic said.
For the rest of the day, the others spent the day in Harmonica town getting some much needed supplies and utilizes the services there. After which, they rejoined back at the inn where several rooms were rented out for them.
"Did you guys rent these rooms for us?" Rainbow asked.
"Rainbow...you know we're renting them right?" Jexi asked.
"What?" Rainbow asked.
"Yeah...I mean...why would we let other people do it for us?" Sunset said.
"Where do we even get the money for that?" Rainbow asked.
"Well we do have a lot of treasure and there is the fact we sell some of this stuff." Jexi said.
"Not to mention all the spoils from the monsters we defeated." Lloyd said.
"We're good for a long while. Now we can enjoy sleep in comfort." Rarity said.
"Yeah. G'night guys. I need some shuteye after all that emotion." Hope said.
"Hey, anyone seen Sectonia?" David asked.
"She said she was going to take a walk through the city and will be back later." Harumi said.
"Walk? She doesn't even have feet!" Scott said.
"But she has a point. After everything that's happened, she can use some time to herself." Raine said.
"For now...just let her cool off." Connor said.
In the streets of the city as the lights came on, Sectonia looked around before looking at herself in a mirror shop before recoiling and hurrying away. "I want to start fresh...but...no matter what... All I see in the mirror is the evil tyrant that tried to ruin Floralia. I've done my best to make good but…"
"Look at that ugly bug." one voice said.
"She's the evil queen, don't get too close." another said.
"Look at how ugly she is." another said.
"Those people...they'll never see me as anything other than...a monster." Sectonia said. "I just wish there was a way...I can fix all of this."
"Do you wish...for a redux?" a voice said as Sectonia said a stone statue of a sphinx like creature on the fountain before her.
"Wha… who are you?!" Sectonia asked.
"I am a Yo-kai...not like the Mystery Legend. One who is of ancient legends. I can grant you what you wish. A second chance to undo your mistakes." they said.
"Honestly...what is the catch?" Sectonia said.
"True undoing those events will restart things to how they were during the Kaima epidemic...but I should tell you...odds of changing things for you are half and half. Would you still be willing to take the risks?" they asked.
"I've done a lot of horrible things. I wouldn't mind if they were erased." Sectonia said. "I will take the risks."
"Very well." the statue said as its eyes glowed as a seed appeared in Sectonia's arms. "Take this seed and plant it in the fountain. It will grow into something you might recognize...creating a gateway into the redux itself."
"Here goes nothing." Sectonia said. "David… Everyone… Forgive me… But this is what's best for you… for all of us."
She dropped the seed into the fountain as it then began to grow as it was becoming a gigantic stalk.
"The Dreamstalk…" Sectonia said.
"Hurry! Start climbing before someone wakes." the statue said.
"Of course…" Sectonia said as she grabbed onto it. "I'm sorry...everyone." she said as she and the stalk disappeared high above the clouds.
The next morning…
"Ah...nothing like getting up for a morning show...ah!" Ryuji said before almost falling. "Uh...I forget...but was there a giant branch in the hall last night?"
"What the hell?! This vine just blasted into my room!" Yang shouted.
"Uh...guys…" Sam said pointing outside as a large stalk had grown with its branches entering many buildings.
"What in the world is going on here?" David said.
"A giant stalk just erupted in the middle of town is what. Its like something from Jack and the Beanstalk." Lacy said.
"Giant stalk? Oh no… Don't tell me…!" David said.
"It looks like the Dreamstalk...but that's impossible. It's back in Pop Star. Okay, headcount." Jexi said.
"Let's see...all of us are here...except...Uh...where's Sectonia?" Happy asked.
"Sectonia… Don't tell me you're all the way up there again." Hope said.
"Sectonia… What the hell happened to you last night?" Natsu said.
"Looks like we have no choice...we're gonna have to start climbing." Zexi said.
"Once we reach the top… Are we really gonna have to fight Sectonia?" Shuichi asked.
"Last time this happened, we had to kill her… But if we can find some way to drive those dark thoughts from her, we can resolve this without having to kill her." Riku said.
"But… It still means we have to fight her no matter what." David said.
"David, if you don't feel like you're up for this, then you should stay down here. But the rest of us are going." Psychic said.
"No… I'm going." David said. "Sectonia's been suffering from a pain deep inside since the first time this happened. I was an idiot for not comforting her about it. If there is any chance I can do that now, I have to go up there and save her!"
"It's safe to say we all have your back on that one." Connor said.
"Well...better start climbing." Usopp said as they all started to climb up the giant Dreamstalk.
"Sectonia...hang on...we're coming." David thought.
