Gift
"Satoshi." Serena called, blinking as she watched him clutch two Pokeballs. "What are you doing? Oh..."
"Oh what?" the trainer looked at her in question.
"Are you planning to give him the gift today?" she smirked, loving how she got to tease him as he blushed.
"M-Maybe... do you think that he would like him?" Satoshi asked, frowning.
"They are the cheering Pokemon and share a bond." Serena told him, deadpanned, as she got up from the log she had been sitting on and began pushing him towards the blonde boy, who was working on yet another invention of his. "Come on, the future Pokemon Master cannot be such a coward!" she winked. "We got your back!" she added, hearing Eureka silently cheering behind her. "Good luck!" with that, she pushed him towards Citron, causing him to stumble slightly as he shot the girls a small glare, watching them giggle as they went to get some wood for that night's fire.
"Ehm... C-Citron?"
The gym leader looked up, pushing up his glasses.
"Satoshi? What's wrong?" he looked worried, blinking when a Pokeball was trust into his hands. "Huh?"
"This is your gift." Satoshi explained, watching as Pikachu (out of the corner of his eye) began to cheer silently before going to join the girls. "I thought that we could share a small bond like this too!" he smiled. Citron blinked again, calling out the Pokemon, only to see that it was a Minun, who cheered and climbed up onto his shoulder.
"A Minun? Does that mean that you...?" the blonde started, but stopped, seeing a Prasle play with the black-haired teen's hat. "Satoshi..."
"Happy anniversary, Citron!"
With that, he leaned down and kissed him.
Hope you liked it! I thought it was kinda cute... so yeah, Prasle is the Japanese name for Plusle (in case somebody didn't get that?) and yes, Satoshi does have two Electric-types but he also has three Flying ones so... yeah... it doesn't really matter because that Prasle will be putting in the finest of work ;)
Also, I'm kinda surprised at how I wrote Serena, as I really dislike the way she is in the anime. Guess I mixed in some of her Game/Manga counterparts personality in...
As for their ages, they are basically 16 (for Satoshi, Citron and Serena) while Bonnie is about 13-14, give or take a year. This is set during Satoshi's journey to conquer the Kalos League, but rather than being 10 (and 7-8), I aged them up as I believe they would have if every journey takes Satoshi at least one year or so...
