AN: One Shot about Rydel and Riker before Rydel's first date.
Rydel POV
I was getting ready for my date with Ellington. Yes Ellington Ratliff asked me out. I had on my dark blue dress with black combat boots. I decided to the ends of my hair. It drives Ellington crazy when I curl my hair but I didn't want to be mean so I settled on curling the ends. I finished curling my hair and headed downstairs. Riker saw me first and his eyes went wide.
"Is it too much?" I asked nervously.
"No, you look beautiful Rydel!" Riker said looking at me smiling.
"Thanks Riker!" I said giggling softly.
"I can't believe my baby sister is going on her first date. I don't want you to grow up to fast" Riker said. I was about to reply when the doorbell rang. I opened it and said "Hey Ellington you look handsome tonight!"
Ellington smiled. "You look amazing Rydel!"
"Thanks Ellington" I said blushing slightly.
"Are you ready to go?" Ellington asked.
"Yes" I said giggling. I quickly turned and hugged Riker. "I will always be your baby sister" I whispered before following Ellington out the door.
