Jake stood next to the grave and a tear rolled down his eyes. He was losing one of his greatest friends. He couldn't believe his friend had died so suddenly.

Jake brushed his hair back and nonchalantly flew a tear off to the side. He didn't want anyone to see him cry.

"I'll remember all the good times we had together." Jake said to the grave. In his hand he clenched his final gift to his dear friend.

"I'll remember all that sweet innocent fun we had. I'll remember the good times not the bad." He sighed. Why had his friend died? It wasn't far his friend had never done anything wrong.

His friend had had a good quiet funeral. He tried desprately not to cry. It was hard to let go of someone you had known for all your life.

"I'll never forget you." He began to walk away built then turned around and forced a smile.

"Well," He said placing the bouquet of dog biscuits on the grave, "I can always get another dog."
