"I know what you are." She murmured without turning around to look at him.

He moved slightly closer. "Say it. Out loud." He ordered.

She spun to face him. "A Blibbering Humdinger!"

The vampire blinked and his eyebrows knit in confusion. "I- ah... what?" He looked into her eyes just to see if she was fucking with him. With this girl, no one really could tell.

The girl brushed a lock of long wavy blond hair behind one ear (not the same one where she kept her odd stick) and looked at him with hazy but serious blue-silver eyes. "I knew almost as soon as I met you, of course. You Humdingers think you are so clever with your disguises. Though I didn't know you could take the form of a human. Daddy will be astounded when he gets my letter." She clapped gleefully. "May I take your picture for proof?"

Edward just blinked and backed up slightly. "Um... ah... I think it's time to get back to class." Without waiting for a reply, he dashed off.

Back in the clearing Luna Lovegood snorted. The silly vampire had taken to stalking her just because he couldn't read her mind thanks to her Occlumancy shields. He even watched her at night while she slept. Creepy. Harry thought that her daily letters on how she messed with the immortal being were hilarious.

He and the rest of their group should be in route soon, to join her at this little backwoods school. How fun would it be to watch the vampire fret over a whole group of people he couldn't 'read'.

Before leaving, the young witch muttered. "I can't believe he bought that. Of course Blibbering Humdingers can't take a human shape. Everyone knows that."

Don't ask, because I really don't know. I was half asleep when I thought, what if Luna met the sparkling vampire clan? Maybe I'll make this a disjointed series of short oneshots, maybe not. Probably not.
