The Wish

One regular day in Kyoto, Japan, Hikaru was walking to his school, Toyama High school, expecting a regular day. Well, he was very wrong.
"Hey, what's that?" he looked at a small envelope on the sidewalk. It was black and red and covered in skull designs. He picked it up and read it in surprise. TO HIKARU NAKAMURA it said. "A letter to me?" he wondered as he opened it. As soon as he cracked it open, a big black glob popped out of it. Hikaru moved backwards in fear. "W-who are you and what do you want?" The glob giggled quietly.
"My name is Death and I'm here to make a deal with you." I must be dreaming, Hikaru thought fearfully. "What deal?" "I can grant you a wish, any wish, for one small exchange," Death explained, "your soul." Trade my soul for a wish? Hikaru thought. "What would happen if I gave you my soul?" Death giggled again. "You'll die, silly." "So I can die to make anything I want happen?" Hikaru was puzzled.
"Uh… ok," Death was getting impatient. "If you want the wish, just open this envelope to summon me again." "And why did you offer this to me?" Hikaru demanded. "You seemed like you needed a wish (because you were forever alone)," Death whispered, giggling. Hikaru was starting to get annoyed. "Goodbye, Mr. Nakamura. Nice doing business with you (not)." Hikaru didn't even say bye. He just stuffed the envelope in his pocket and continued walking.So I can trade my soul to wish for anything I want… but if I do that then I would be dead… such a hard decision… Hikaru got a headache thinking about it. He decided to wait until school was over to worry about it. "I wonder what time it is." He checked his watch. 8:23 School starts in two minutes! He started running to school. Luckily, (or sadly), he was not late to school.
