Yuuto knew it was a bad idea walking around in public, so when he had opted for a shortcut, he hadn't realised what exactly was down the road ahead. Yuuya, who had been complaining constantly had suddenly piped down, and seeing as he never shuts up without reason, Yuuto's curiosity was 's when he noticed what had attracted Yuuya's undivided attention.

Oh, Yuuto thought, A children's hospital. Just my luck.

A quiet 'Yuuto' had snapped him back to reality where he could practically feel Yuuya ready to burst from the chance to make the children smile, and while it may be adorable, it was bound to get them caught by LDS eventually. Though he initially disagreed, one pout from said adorable man made him sigh and go to the hospital.

Of course, this meant that Yuuya would switch and have to take down the hood-any adults working there meant risking being handed over without a second thought. Knowing exactly how Yuuya would answer, 'Don't worry about it! Lecture me later, 'kay?', he gambled with the idea maybe the adults would see their cause as for the greater good and hopefully not throw them out.

Ironically enough, the latter happened. A receptionist recognised Yuuya as the kid hacking the duel system, and with a simple explanation of 'Well, I thought the children might have wanted to see duel monsters but never could due to circumstance, please don't make a scene' and Yuuya was shown to some of the more bedridden patients, scarcely outside or any contact with visitors.

It wasn't long until he had wooed over the children, whose faces were lit up and laughing-how long since they last laugh? But that didn't matter as even adults were entertained by his show and encouraging more of the children to join in; a chance unlikely many of then would experience Yuuto had a slight smile watching the strange performer in his element, helping up the healthier patients to let them ride or pet Odd Eyes Phantom Dragon.

After wrapping the show early; much to the kids dismay, the counterparts had limited time to run before LDS would track the hack to the hospital. Before Yuuya was free to leave, a doctor asked him if he'd ever like to work part time, earn a living but due to how little time the duelist had to leave, he replied that he'd think about it but definitely come back again.

Picking up his discarded cloak, a tug on his sleeve brought Yuuya's attention to the eldest kid, about 11 who whispered quietly into his ear.

"We'll cover for you, Yuya-nii. So please come back when you can. Pinky promise it!' A few kids with him all stuck out their pinkies in agreement.

After getting over the initial shock, Yuuya nodded and raised his pinky too.

"Did you really have to overdo the play with summoning more monsters? It means its easier for them to track us" Yuuto mumbled, hesitant to speak loud to preserve energy for running from LDS.

"Don't be so stingy! I know you enjoyed it too" Yuuya remarked, playfully teasing his counterpart.

"I'm sure LDS would also love your plays-while we're caught and probably in prison" Yuuto rolled his eyes, used to Yuuya's antics.

"Ya think? I could prepare a show if they want. Maybe they'd lessen our time in captivity"

"Yuuya, who do we hack?"

"LDS"

"And who do you want to perform for?"

"LD-oh wait."

Yuuto facepalmed at how clueless Yuuya was. Almost cu- no. Yuuya was more like a puppy that never stopped being cute at all.

With that thought very far out of mind, Yuuto carried on, nowhere in mind, just as far away from the hospital as possible.
