Ginevra is named after a famous ancestor, as is her father. Unlike countless greats Grandmother Guenivere, Ginny has never betrayed a relationship. She does, however, share the depth of her ancestor's passions.

Ginny does love the parties and the press. She enjoys being lavished with attention. She loves harry more, though, and doesn't ever regret placing him first.

Ginny has known since before her first year that Harry doesn't deal well with people. That doesn't stop her from ranting on his obliviousness when he doesn't understand when she tells him that she has a bun in the oven.

Ginny isn't surprised when Ron and Hermione both appear on the doorstep after their first fight. She is awed by the fact that they are both surprised to find the other there. Ginny only laughs when a sleep deprived and hung over Harry walks out, silences the pair, binds them together facing each other, and tells them to work it out-then promptly returning to bed. Ginny isn't laughing when they take that advice a bit further than appropriate.

Ginny hates the name Albus Severus. Both were on the "Never Ever" names list. The kids don't know how close she came to cursing Hermione that day. Harry never admits that he actually did when he got back from a joint case in Canada.

Ginny knows it has been a bad day when Harry politely asks to cook. While she freely admits to loving his food, on those days she always drags him to her favorite muggle café. On those days, Harry doesn't even protest.

Ginny gets a 'got you now' look whenever her bosses at the prophet try a stunt with Harry. They had thought they had gotten an in when they hired the wife of 'the-man-who-one.' They hadn't realized she had joined on a whim after a bad argument, but the apology had ensured she would be the only writer to print about him from then on.

It is during one of her husband's dark, brooding moments that she learns he was nearly a Slytherin. This surprises her more than when the Hat tried the same thing with her.

Ginny isn't jealous when Harry and Luna spend hours alone talking. She trusts them enough to drag Rolf away when he tries to spy on them.

Ginny knows that she has never been first in anything regarding Harry. Merlin, he was married to his work before he was her. However, she also knows that Harry loves her more deeply, and nothing with ever come after her. For this, she doesn't mind being last.
