DISCLAIMER: I don't own anything in this story, except the arrange of
words. The song belongs to TRAIN, and the characters belong to J. K.

When it rains, it pours, and opens doors, that flood the floors we thought would always keep us safe and dry
Harry looked through the window out to the stars, and looked for the great dog, Sirius, and sighed. It had been 10 day's since school ended, and a month since Sirius, his godfather, had died.
And in the midst of sailing ships, we sink our lips into the ones we love, that have to say goodbye
Harry remembered Hermione, who had fallen in love with Harry two weeks before term ended at Hogwarts. He kissed her before they left each other for the time being. He remembered the tears Mione had shed watching Harry leave with the Horrible Dursley's, and Uncle Vernon saying that he had a lot in store for Harry, because his godfather died.
And as I float upon this ocean, I can feel you like a notion that won't seem to let me go
Cause when I look to the sky, something tells me you're here with me. And you make everything alright And when I feel like I'm lost, something tells me you're here with me And I can always find my way when you are here
Harry stared into the dog's eyes, and remembered Sirius happy, mad, angry, depressed. A tear came out of his eye, and he wiped it away, furious. Why did Sirius have to die? His only real family? Sirius' words floated back into his mind:
"Just look in this mirror, say my name, and you can talk to me." The mirror didn't work. Sirius didn't answer when Harry needed him most.
Whether I am up or down or in or out or just plain overhead instead it feels like it's impossible to fly But with you I can spread my wings to see me over everything, when life may send me when I'm hoping it won't pass me by When I feel like there's no one, that will ever know me, there you are to show me.
Harry stroked Hedwig. She was all he had left for real family. Sure he had the Weasley's, Hermione, and the Order, but did anyone really treat him like family? Harry sighed and continued to look at the constellation of the great dog. He missed Sirius so much, and almost killed himself when he died. After all, what was life if you had no one to share it with?
When I look to the sky, something tells me you're here with me And you make everything alright And when I feel like I'm lost, somethin tells me you're here with me And I can always find my way when you are here
Harry took one last look Sirius, and laid his head back on the pillow, slightly happier he had thought about Sirius in the sky before falling asleep
A/N: When I reread this, I had a thought: What if the part of the song 'And in the midst of sailing ships, we sink our lips into the ones we love, that have to say goodbye' didn't fit? I dunno. R&R and let me know if it does..
Also, it may sound like this story is slash. It ISN'T!! at least it wasn't meant that way..
R&R please!
