Beta Reading

In the past year and a half that I have been using , I have noticed that while most stories are amazingly written, there are still many stories and pieces that have grammatical or spelling errors. I am writing this letter of sorts to become eligible for beta reading, in the hopes that I may help the authors of in any way possible.

In the past year and a half that I have been using , I have noticed that while most stories are amazingly written, there are still many, many stories and pieces that have grammatical or spelling errors. While these errors aren't often catastrophic, they can be incredibly irritating to read for many people, and these people might stop reading a story or leave negative reviews because of this.

This is where I would like to come in. While I have very little skill at creative writing, I have had continuously high results in spelling, grammar, sentence structure, and the like. These would be ideal traits for a proof-reader, or "Beta Reader", as is known in the community. It is for this express purpose that I am writing this and four other documents of similar content, so that I may be eligible for beta reading.

I look forward to applying for this position, and if eligible, I am sure I will enjoy helping authors on this site with their works.
