Your Personal Sun

Jacob's Final Poem to Bella

The day I met you, I always knew

That you belonged to me, and I belonged to you

For years I clogged my mind

With thoughts of you and me

Never knowing all the hurt

That you would soon cause me

The day you met the bloodsucker

Was the worst day of my life

and much to my disfortune,

You soon became his wife

But between the periods of time

Before you became one

You always knew me as

Your personal sun

One day he left without you

and hurt you in a way that hurt me

From that day on I hated him

For taking my Bells away from me

For when he left without you

Nothing left was there

Your soul was gone, your smile flat

Your face was smooth and bare

Just know that when he left you

You lost everything but one

For when he left without you

You still had your

Personal Sun

I know the things between us

Will never be the same

and that fact really hurts me

and puts me all to shame

For sometimes in my daydreams

I see something so real

Our little black haired children

and it could have been real

If you just looked the other way

The way where you had such fun

If you had looked the other way

You would have ended up with

Your personal sun

So many times I regret

Not having one last kiss

With the girl who made me happy

and gave me so much bliss

My time is drawing short now

I hope you've had your fun

But everytime you hear a wolf howl

Think...

Think...

Think...

Of your Personal Sun
