With his fathers death and he being the new cheif, he had less free time than he thought. And the love of his life, he just stared, watching her smile and laugh with the others.
The way her eyes lite up when she saw him. It was set she was going to be his bride, but for now she was the angel he'd watch.
She walked over to him. "Hey babe." Astrid said.
"Hey."
"You get some free time and all you do is stare at me."
He shrugged. "I dunno, I cant help it."
She leaned in and kissed him. "Sides I only stare at angels."
She blushed. "That'd be a good pick up line if you were single."
He smiled. "I love you...But I have to get back to work."
He pulled her into another kiss. "See you tonight."
