Hi, so I'm kind of new to and this is my first proper story so it's probably not that great, but I am dedicated to writing it. (Just a little bit of side information about myself I am from New Zealand so if chapters are uploaded at weird times or I spell things differently just blame it on my nationality.)
Summary:
Emma has always been a part of the seven (or should I say eight?) and has been through everything that they have, but there is one member that she is particularly close to. Leo Valdez. Not in a romantic kind of way but more in a sibling kind of way, so when she was revealed to be a demigod at the same time as Leo it was no surprise. What was surprising was that no-body knew who her godly parent was not even the gods themselves. That was until the fates revealed that they made her specially to help Percy protect the world, but the most surprising thing about her was her demigod (if you can even call her that) powers. Emma has the powers of all the gods and a couple more. She can: control water, control lightning, shadow travel, use fire like Leo and so on, but her most common power that she uses Is her voice. It works similarly to an Aphrodite's child charm speak, she has the most amazing voice and can fool anyone (accept the seven who are used to it) into doing something VIA song. For example if Emma sung the song closer by the Chainsmokers people would start pulling her closer. The other strange powers she possesses are invisibility (at her own will so different to Annabeth's Yankees cap) and forces fields meaning that she can create force fields wherever and whenever she wants. When the fates told Emma her powers she was happy and excited to have such a privilege. But everything changed when, just before the battle with Gaea, she learnt she would have to leave the love of her life (I know that this is suddenly included but I had to put it somewhere comment below if you want more information on him) and all her friends at camp half-blood to go into hiding. Everything changed when she learnt that she had to "die" in the final battle. Everything changed when she learnt that Leo had to "die" too. Everything changed. This fanfic is set 2 years after the final battle and Emma is still in hiding (in New Zealand because I know it well) as a 12 year old girl so that no monster would find her and it's about her journey back to camp and everybody's reactions.
