I could feel the hunger in his kiss, but all I felt is disgust. I couldn't stop him, from kissing me, from touching me, all I wanted is for someone to stop him... But no one ever came to save me from him, so now here I am sitting in the hospital having a rape kit done. He was stupid; he didn't wear anything to protect himself so there's nothing to save him from being put in jail.
"Well look who we have here." The voice from earlier.
I was shaking as he walked towards me. I had to get out of this hospital, this city, I just need away from this ATF agent. I ran out of the hospital not even caring if I have anything to my name beside award of cash & my phone. I quickly dialed the only number I could think of. The line rang a few times before she picked up.
"Hey, baby! How are you?" Her voice was so comforting.
I held my tears back, "Hey, Gem; I'm coming home. Something's happened here & I wanna come home to my family. I will explain everything when I get back." I paused taking a breath. "I need you to find me a place to live, have the guys meet me at the airport, & I'll need Clay to call Chruch & EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE THERE! I'll text you my flight info Auntie Gem."
"Baby, the guys & I will be at the airport waiting for you! You can stay with Jax until I find you the perfect place baby doll!" Gem said as she waved over her husband. "Athena you go get that flight home! We'll see you sometime soon! I love you kiddo!"
"I love you too Gem! Tell everyone I love them!" I said quickly as I walked into the airport to booked my flight home.
"Athena is coming home." I sighed as my husband walked into the office.
"What?!" Clay said as he started to pace around the office.
"Something happened, something bad honey," I told him as I sat down at my desk. "She said that we need to meet her at the airport in Stockton! She's texting me the info about the flight."
"Dose she has anything with her?" He asked as he sat down on the couch.
"Not a thing Clay... I think my Godchild is running from something or someone..." I said as I paced waiting for a text from Athena.
My phone went off it was the flight info from Athena. I text back asking her for her clothing sizes so she'd have things to wear. When she texted me back with her sizes from shoes to her bra.
"Gem when is she landing?" Clay asked worried filled his eyes.
"She's coming in around 1 tomorrow afternoon, I have shopping to do & house hunting to do too," I told Clay. "Tell Jax his old lady is coming home."
"Hey, Jax I got something to tell you," I said walking up to my step son.
"What's up Prez?" Jax said as we sat down at the bar.
"Your old lady is coming home; son your mother thinks she's running from something or someone." I clapped my hand on his shoulder & I started to walk away. "OH were meeting her at the airport! She's staying with you. So make room for her shit your mother is shopping."
I sat there shocked as the words came out of his mouth. I quickly got up called mom telling her to pick up some new bedding for my bed. I hopped onto my bike & raced home to clean the house.
My old lady is coming home! That's only I could think about.
