Annabeth was talking to Jason and Piper about something, and the three of them were laughing. Percy was curious about what could be so funny, so he wandered over.
As he approached Annabeth spotted him. She giggled a little. Jason saw him too and burst into uncontrollable fits peels of laughter. Now Percy was really confused, had they been talking about him?
Piper turned and saw him as well. She laughed, but was much mire in control of herself than her boyfriend. "Hey Percy," She said, her voice slightly high with repressed laughter. "Remember that time you got turned in to a Guinea Pig?"
As she spoke a dark cloud seemed to form above Percy, his eyes became hard and he was staring at the floor like it caused him bodily harm. "Yeah," He said, the waves beneath the Argo 2 seemed to become choppier. "I remember."
