"Whish!" The sound of a fast object cutting through the air could somewhat be heard as a green blur rushes through the Z city. Senritsu no Tatsumaki aka the Tornado of Terror was flying through the skies of this large metropolitan constantly looking around for something to cure her of her boredom, for as usual, being the second-best fighting force and number 1 esper in the hero association does mean that you only get called upon for the more drastic kind of situations that can't be handle easily by regular heroes.

"Ah..." Tatsumaki sighed with a dead-pan look on her face., "Being too strong really does have it's problems, don't they? It really does suck that all the monsters and bad guys that I can fight are being taken by all the weakly C-ranked and B-ranked heroes! Geez, I really want to find a someone to fight with! ... Hmm?"

Stopping herself mid-flight, Tatsumaki hears a sound in the distance, the familiar sound of property destruction and screams of fear in a nearby suburban residential district. The green esper smirked, having finally found a toy to play with. She immediately sped herself up, turning herself into a green streak of light as she flew to the source of the commotion, wanting to reach it before any of the other heroes managed to picked it up.

Upon reaching, Tatsumaki surveyed the area, immediately picking up with her emerald green eyes the soon to be poor target of her powers. "OH, HECK YEAH, I'M SO GOSH DANG STRONG, WITNESS MY INCREDIBLE SPEED OF SWINGING MY FISTS!" bellowed a man as he punches a decent-sized car to pulp with an intense flurry of punches raining from his fists.

As the car gets punched away with a final swing of the fist, this mysterious roared even louder, "OH YES! THAT FELT GREAT! SHADOW BOXING A CEILING LIGHT PULL CORD IN MY ROOM HAS MANAGED TO TRAINED ME SO MUCH, I'VE TURNED INTO A MYSTERIOUS BEING WITHE THE DISASTER LEVEL OF [GOD]! "

This mysterious being, which Tatsumaki observed seems to be a towering 2 1/2 meter(8 1/2 feet) large and muscular man, has a very well-defined jawline but strangely does not seem to have any ears, dons a boxer outfit complete with it's red boxing pair of gloves and boots, blue shorts and a with a distinct picture of a pull cord on his green and gold championship belt with the word 'Himo'(cord in Japanese) on it. He also wears dark sunglasses, which does not hide well the weal-like markings on his head which makes him look like a disturbing flesh-colored melon.

" ... BUT, DAMN! I NEED TO FEEL MORE, MUCH MUCH MORE! PUNCHING CARS INTO TIN CANS AND BUILDINGS INTO RUBBLE AIN'T CUT OUT FOR ME ANYMORE! I NEED TO PUNCH A HUMAN! YES! A HUMAN BEING! IT DOSEN'T MATTER IF IT'S A MAN OR A WOMAN, YOUNG OR OLD, I JUST WANT TO PUNCH SOMEONE RIGHT IN THIER FACE! WOAAHH HOOOOOOO!" This mysterious being who will later be recorded as 'Personification Of A Light Pull Cord' with a disaster level of 'wolf' in the hero association database continues to yell and hyped himself up, looking around him to find any potential targets for his fists to meet their face, not noticing that a small girl was watching him from above.

Tatsumaki, who is now very annoyed and slightly disgusted by this loud and arrogant mysterious being, points a finger at him and begins to glow green slightly, preparing to unleash a torrent of pain on this poor but deserved soul. When all of a sudden, she notices a blue blur leaps out, trying to punch Pull Cord from behind.

"Tch, Hey! Don't bother me and my target here! Sheesh and after all my excitement to finally get to used my powers on this monster here, why not go find someone else to punch if you want to play hero!" Tatsumaki wanted to voice out her thoughts to this new intruder, but chose to keep it to herself due to high sense of pride as the number 2 hero.

This blue blur, which was apparently a typical young male adult in a blue jumpsuit and white running shoes, with black hair and no other special features to be honest was fast for a normal human, but Pull Cord easily noticed him and proceeds to swing a clean right hook square into this brave soul's face, sending him flailing all the way back right through a delivery truck and crashing into a wall of a regular apartment. Dust and rubble flying everywhere as the wall crumbles and the truck crashes onto the ground.

"Oh man, he's just a civilian? Come on, man, you're not even a hero! Don't try to do, what a hero is meant to face! Is he still even alive?" Tatsumaki continues to shout her thoughts in her head as she watches the fight developing in front of her from above.

The dust settles in a few second, revealing the man in the blue jump suit still breathing but lodged into the wall, with small rocks crumbling all around him. He continues to breath heavily and struggles, freeing himself from the wall while blood was running down from his nose. But it didn't even take a few milliseconds before a voice shouts out "PULL CORD RUSH!" and Pull Cord, who immediately rushes right in front of the defenseless guy again, delivers a powerful left straight right into his face, again knocking the young man right back into the wall with more force that should surely guarantee a shattered skeleton in his body while another explosion of dust erupts from the walls of the slightly demolished apartment.

And again, the dust settles, with the brave young man collapsing onto the floor, while Pull Cord continues to holler "WWHAAOOOOOO, FOOOOOOOOO, THAT WASN'T RIGHT, THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, I WANT TO HIT MORE, I WANT TO HIT SOMEONE IN THE FACE EVEN HARDER!".

"Ya Dee, Ya Doo Ya. Geez this animal really is loud, I guess it's time to shut him up. I swear if he yells anymore longer, I'm going to have to start going out with earplugs prepared. Too bad about the guy in the blue though, guess not everyone is meant to be a hero... hmmm?" Tatsumaki mumbles lightly as she prepares to finish off Pull Cord with one fell swoop, notices that the man in the blue jump suit slowly getting up again, which does not go unnoticed by the mysterious being as well.

"He's actually getting up again?" The green esper questions herself. "Does this man like pain or what?" When the guy turns around to face pull cord again, Tatsumaki was surprised to see the man have a look of relief instead of what should have been pain or agony.

"What the...?" She thought, surprised, but it immediately got interrupted as Pull Cord roars into action, yelling "OH STILL NOT DOWN, ARE YOU? GREAT! HAVE A TASTE OF MY STRONGEST PULL CORD RUSH! With that the mysterious being propels himself forward, preparing to lay a beat down that may satisfy him... probably.

"Erghhh... I'll just focus on crushing this insect first, then I just knock some sense into this weirdo later on," Tatsumaki charges up for a third time, preparing to save the foolish young man who got up again, when the man in questions, pulls in a punch and with a loud 'BAM!', punches Pull Cord right through his face, obliterating whatever facial expression the mysterious being could have had while sending him flying all the way to the other side of the street, and a pair of broken sunglasses clatters onto the road.

"Wait... WHAT?!" Tatsumaki was shocked by whatever could have transpired, looking at both the former self-proclaimed disaster level [GOD] mysterious being that has been totally destroyed and the young man in the blue jump suit which did the destroying. The man then proceeds to pat down his jump suit, brushing off any dust that stucked onto it, like he never incurred any injury or damage throughout the fight at all.

"Phew..." As the young man breathe out a sigh of relief, "Who knew a tooth decay could really cause so much problems for me, I really got to remember to brush my teeth more often". He said, as he probably makes a mental note to himself.

"WHAT! TOOTH DECAY?!" At this point Tatsumaki was flabbergasted, possibly even dumbfounded. She looked at the wall where the young man was smashed into, and sure enough, she could see a white tooth laying nearby with a bit of a black mark on it.

"Are you kidding me? A bad tooth was the reason that man was fighting poorly? He doesn't even look like he was hurt from that mysterious being at all." Her thoughts racing wildly while she tried to process whatever that just occurred.

When she had finally recovered from her though process however, the young man in the blue had already ran away, and civilians were starting to come back to checked on the situation after they stopped hearing noises from the destruction and fighting the mysterious being brought.

"Hey, the monster's defeated! Come check it out!"

"Oh shoot! The monster is dead! Look at his face, you can't even see it anymore!"

"Thank goodness! We're saved!"

"No way! Is that the Tornado of Terror? Did she come all this way to save us?" A civilian who was approaching the crash site, noticed Tatsumaki hovering above, pointing her out, which immediately causes a huge commotion to erupt from the crowd of people that were gathering nearby.

"Ho dang! It really is her! An S-rank really did come to save us from the mysterious being!"

"Tatsumaki! I'm your biggest fan!"

"Oh I got to get a picture of this, the others will be so jealous I get to up close and personal with the second best hero!"

The civilians started to cheer loudly, praising Tatsumaki for the valiant "deed" that she has done.

"Wait no, it wasn't me that did it, it was another man..." Tatsumaki tried to reject their praises, but not only did the voices of the crowd drown hers out. It got even louder as they got to her the famous green esper speak.

"Ah dang it!" Tatsumaki decided at that moment to just fly away in a hurry, while the crowd tried to get pictures or just to declare their undying love for her.

Tatsumaki, now currently flying back to home, was in deep thoughts. "Who really was that man back there? I'm pretty sure he isn't a hero at all, but why would he choose to help when he isn't even one?" The green esper wonders, pondering over it as the day starts to set.

3 years has passed since then.

~Author's Notes

Yo! Thanks for reading this fan-fiction, I created this because it may be obvious, I ship Tatsumaki and Saitama together. I have read many, many fanfictions done by others, some were sweet, some were sort of cringy, sort were just down-right mature and some were just sadly incomplete and left hanging.

I really love the characters ONE has created in One Punch Man and I just wanted to have a take to see if I could write a story about the two strongest meeting together and having an adventure while bonding together slowly. I plan to have it follow most of the critical story-line, and I'll also plan to add in some side-stories to spice thing up a bit, if you know what I'm saying. ^3^

Hopefully you've enjoyed reading this fan-fiction so far, I'll mostly update weekly due to my busy schedule but do Go ahead and write a comment below to express your views about this too if you want. See you all next time!
