The Survey Times- ok, so this is just a kind of random thought which struck me, but sort of liked the idea of there being newspaper reports about survey corps shenanigans. Seriously, let me know what you think and if it is worth doing more/suggest ideas for stories. Figured if did continue some would be funny, some more serious... honestly don't really know, just this popped into my head :P R&R PLEASE!
Daring Daylight Robbery!
Reports have been confirmed that at approximately 7am on the morning of the first of March, there was a series of daring robberies conducted targeting the Survey Corps headquarters. Whilst official suspects have yet to be confirmed by authorities, there have been suggestions that the perpetrators could very well be from within the ranks of the corps itself.
The investigation is being led by Humanity's Strongest, Levi Ackerman, despite protests from the Military Police that he has an emotional investment in the case as he himself was a victim of the crime. However this appointment has received resounding support from within the ranks, with one soldier (who wished to remain anonymous) stating that: "Captain Levi can clean up any mess until it sparkles- this should be no different."
Attempts to get in contact with the top brass have proved fruitless, as they say that they cannot disclose details of an ongoing investigation in case it were to alert the criminals to any new developments. At the same time, they did request that anyone with information should come forwards so that this matter can be laid to rest as soon as possible.
The items in question include: two fillet steaks, one sack of potatoes, four test tube racks, two mops, one broom and seventeen bottles of industrial cleaner. Authorities have so far been unwilling to speculate as to the motive behind this selection.
