Hi guys. This is just a little story scenario that's been bugging me so I got it all out for a temporary fix. Part 1 of 2. Very short.
I'd love to know what you guys think of it.

For once, he wanted to be the main character.
He was the kind of person that they would call lose moral. The kind that would have the one night stands, hoping it'd turn into something more. He wasn't the kind that the handsome good guy would cherish and treasure. Nor would the handsome bad boy love him.
For once, he wanted to be the main character.
He was too loud and childish when he didn't get what he wanted. He was the kind that would bully the pretty and innocent main character just to get the handsome main characters attention. The kind that would stubbornly turn his nose up when someone comes to the guys rescue, making him the bad guy.
For once, he wanted to be the main character.
He was the kind that the tall and handsome main character would go for but never actually commit to. The kind that would do anything to be noticed by him even if the look given to him was in disappointment or impatience.
He looks from afar as the handsome main character laughs with the pretty main character. He looks away when the smaller one reaches up to touch the others arm. His pride forces him to walk the opposite direction.
All he wanted was to be noticed.
But how?
He is noticed. But only in bed.
In public, he was the bad character. No one knows of him and the handsome man. He was just a fling after all. A side character.
For once, he wanted to be the main character.
He knew his methods were wrong. He bullies the pretty main character again. Taunting him with words about the handsome man and trying to lower his self esteem.
But it's a lie.
He was the one with low self esteem.
He was the one insecure.
The pretty main characters knows this.
So what do you do when you're the less attractive and less interesting one?
When you knew that it seems like it's only pushing the handsome male character away? Showing the man such a bad and despicable side to you.
But what else can he do?
He didn't know.
He felt lost.
He was trying so hard. He wasn't the kind that the main man goes for. So what is a side character supposed to do?
No one knows that he cries at night knowing he was the bad guy in the story. He feels empty and numb. He wishes he could write his own story and make himself the main character.
Why doesn't anyone notice?
Even if he tries to mend anything now, no one is going to take him serious. He was the bad guy after all.
He just wanted to be loved and cherished by him.
But no one sees the pain. He knew he was wrong but why can't he change?
He knew why.
Because he wouldn't be able to get the main mans attention anymore. He fears he will fade away from the story.
He was so tired.
What do you do when the person you want doesn't want you back? When they look at you with what seems like disinterest? When they come to the other main characters rescue and looks at you in disappointment?
What do you do when your hearts been shattered so many times that all you can do is act tough and walk away?
If I'm ever given the chance I promise I will be true. But you don't notice me.
Because I'm just a side character...
