I know this is early for HOA one-shot day, but I'm not positive that I will be able to reach a computer on Tuesday, so Happy Early HOA One-Shot Day!
I watched as my bride walked down the path, her long light peach colored dress flowing back behind her. Nina Martin, soon to be Nina Rutter, I just can't believe that this happened. The first time we met at Anubis house, I knew she was different from the first time I saw her. Her beautiful light golden brown hair, and just her kind nature, she was like nobody I had ever met before. We worked together, then as Amber helped us create Sibuna, everything changed. Rufus Zeno and The Society, Joy being mistaken for the chosen one. Joy. She was always so headstrong and how she treated Nina, and then she expected me to go out with her. I understand jealousy, but sometimes it can make you go to far. Joy Clarke, was married to Jerome two months ago, with Patrica as the maid of honor, and Alfie as the best man. Nina was a bridesmaid and so was KT, Amber, Mara and Willow. Eddie, Mick and I were the groomsmen. Right now two, soon to be three, of the Anubis house couples are married. Eddie and Patrica got married last year, against Patrica's wishes she wore a dress, but she added her own special touch. She wore a paint splattered dress, it was a wedding dress that Joy picked out and she bought it, then got some paint. Amber also added some sparkles, just like she did to Nina's dress, looks like fashion school was right for her, obviously. Now it's my wedding day, and my bride is almost here. I love her. She may be the chosen one around Anubis House, but here with me, she is my chosen one. From a ghost cursing us, to being attacked by a madman with a hourglass full of deadly bees, we have been through so much, I lost her once. I don't plan on losing her now. Nina had graduated from her school in America and had came back to Anubis house, to say goodbye to it for good, but she didn't expect to see me there. I sort of miss that place now that all the mysteries are over. Cassie, Erin and Dexter are sitting in the second row, I guess they survived their time at Anubis, apparently the new caretaker is related to Robert Frobisher-Smythe. KT, got the job as caretaker, just for the fact that she wanted to protect the place that has been in her family for years. Trudy is still there, and she came too, second row beside Dexter. She was the one to make Nina and I's wedding cake, it was Nina's request that she wanted Trudy to make the cake. I couldn't say no. Everyone is here, even Nina's Gran, she is sitting front row and the thing is even I'm surprised of who is walking Nina down the isle. Victor. She found him and asked him, and he said yes, of all things that Victor would agree to it was this. I guess he cares about us kids after all.
"I do." Nina says, popping me back into reality. She smiles through her veil, and I say,
"I do."
"You may now kiss the bride." The pastor says once he hears that. And that is exactly what I do, kiss her. Everyone claps and I can hear Amber squeal excitedly. I can't believe I got to meet my wife Nina Rutter, and all of this happened all because of a mystery.
