Note that this is my first one-shot in fanfic history as well.
Chapter One
Link stared at the Master Blade. It's blade still gleamed slightly, even with its power stripped, the sages leaving the temples after the fall of Gannon. He had kept the blade, amongst other objects, as a keepsake of Hyrule. He didn't want the land beneath the sea to be just another exaggerated legend, forgotten by time.
His attire hadn't hanged much since he ended his journey a week ago. His green tunic had been sewed crudely, bits and pieces singed. His pants had been replaced with brown leather, his boots being made of hard leather. Covering his forearms were hard leather guards.
Sheathing the blade, he looked out at the sea. His current sea vessel was an old Beedle shop boat, stripped of it's decal. The young man had gotten a good deal on it, only paying about nine-hundred rupees for the ship.
It was a good ship with lots of room. But it still didn't help. He missed the King of Red Lions. He had showed him the world, taught him courage. The boat bad made Link a Hero of Winds.
It was unnerving that he would never see the old King of Hyrule. The man was almost a father to the blonde teen.
But the memories of the King was not his obsession. No, his current obsession was a redhead girl with white skin. Her wide hips enticed him, her red eyes entranced him. Yes, Medli was an obsession that he simply couldn't bring himself to kick.
Which was why he was about to set foot on Dragon Roost's sandy beach.

Medli watched the sea. She hoped his hero would sail towards her. To save her from the world of repetition.
Everything after the Temple felt...odd. Nothing satisfied. It all felt meaningless.
So she waited, looking at the sea for her hero in green.
A smile crept across her face as she watched a medium boat cut through the waves, a young human frame standing on the bow, clad in green.
Her hero had came back for her.
A/N-So this is just a short little thing I wrote. I have no intention on doing anything more with it.
Maybe in the future I'll do something more story like this but for now this is enough.
