As walked Denise walked away she heard the faint whisper of "Denise?" She spun around and ran towards the hospital bed "Getii. Oh, god Getii. I'm so so so sorry I didn't know this was going to happen." "Alls well that ends-" Before he could finish his sentence Denise grapped him lightly but sharply by the collar of his hospital gown and kissed him. It was so spontanious and unexpected that Getii didn't know what to do for a second. But only for a second. He quickly recuperated the kiss, it could have been second, minutes, hours before they drew apart. They were stuck in their own little world, of happiness and content. Then it all came crashing down. "Oh god, what have we done?" Denise said with shock, "I'm married, I shouldn't be kissing other men." Denise expected Getii to respond with another one of his selfless sayings about not causing her pain. But he didn't. "You don't have to be. Married that is." For the first time since she was married Denise contemplated the idea of a divorce. She was so happy with Getii, she was more herself. How could she turn her back on a relationship before it even had a chance to start. Denise hardly knew that she was talking outloud when she said "I guess I don't." Denise was getting up to walk to the door and back home when Getii whispered "Don't leave." And Denise said the one thing that he had been waiting to hear from her since the day they met. "I will never leave you," and she turned back and fell quickly asleep on the couch right next to Getii.
