We start off with a scene where the Guardians of the Galaxy are on the Sovereign planet, observing an apparatus lined with batteries.
"What are they called again?" asked Drax.
"Duracell batteries," said Peter.
"Energizer batteries. . . ."
"That's nothing like what I just said."
Narrator: "When the Guardians of the Galaxy need to get themselves out of a dire situation, they trust Duracell."
We cut to the scene where Ego impales Peter Quill with a tendril of energy, holding him suspended in midair. "I wanted to do this together, but I suppose you'll have to learn by spending the next thousand years as a battery!"
We cut to the scene where Yondu is yelling at Rocket. "I know everything about you! I know you steal batteries you don't need!"
Rocket pulls out a Duracell battery. His ears flick up and a smile stretches across his snout as he gets a brilliant idea.
We then cut to a shot of Rocket handing a Duracell battery to Ego. Ego throws his head back and laughs, and all the Guardians of the Galaxy join him in his laughter, with the exception of Peter, who is still suspended in midair for some baffling reason.
Narrator: "Duracell. Trusted everywhere."
