*A blast to the past*

Caitlin Snow was dating Barry Allen. The sweetest most caring guy in the whole school. They were extremely happy together, as they both shared their love for science. Barry loved everything about Caitlin. But, they were both to shy and didn't even have their first kiss yet. So as Prom came a long, Barry took a stretch and kissed Caitlin smack in the mouth. The kiss felt right to both of them.

Time passed by quickly, and Senior Year was already over. Barry and Caitlin decided to break up because they were going to go to completely different schools, in completely different states.

Both of them were able to move on relatively quickly and fall for someone else. Barry had fallen for someone called Iris West. And Caitlin for someone called Ronnie. Barry always had a crush on Iris because he was adopted by her father. Both moved on with their lives expecting to never see each other again. Until Now…..

Present Day

Barry woke up and was not completely aware of his surroundings. Suddenly he heard a familiar voice. It was Caitlin's, but he had forgotten about her so she couldn't distinguish it.

Barry slowly rose of this med-bed and looked around. Then he saw to strangers looking at him in astonishment. They introduced themselves. The man started and said: "Hello, my name is Cisco Ramone pleasure of finally being able to talk to you." Barry looked at him with a confused smile. Then the woman spoke up, and said shyly: "Hi my name is Caitlin Snow." That was all she said. For some reason that name made Barry stomach start to hurt, a few moments passed and he said: "O.M.G I remember you." Then realization hit Caitlin, that was her Ex Barry Allen, the one she was madly in love with in high school.

Cisco could feel the rise of tension in the room so he asked what was going on. "We used to date back in High School." Barry mumbled.

Later that same day, Cisco and Caitlin catched him up on everything that was going on. On how he was on a coma in 9 months, and developed a superhuman power…super speed.

After a few days their past didn't seem to bother them. They worked great together. And started using Barry's super speed to do good in Central City.

Time skip a few years

Barry and Caitlin were now really close and were the best of friends. Caitlin did have feelings for Barry but she couldn't say anything because he was already married to Iris.

Barry suddenly came to Caitlin apartment and looked at her with great sadness in his eyes. He asked if he could come and Caitlin kindly agreed. Barry started to speak, and said:

"Cait, I need your help." Caitlin started to get worried and needed to know what was going on. "Iris wants a divorce." Barry softly said. Caitlin did feel bad for Barry but a little bit of hope ran through her veins. Nobody made her feel like this after the death of Ronnie, until Barry Allen came to her life.

Caitlin looked at Barry and gave him a hug. They stayed like that for a few minutes. Both of them feeling warm in each other embrace. Making a slight blush form on their faces.

Barry finally spoke up:

"But I did have this feeling that this was going to happen. We weren't happy together, we just, didn't love each other anymore. There was this new cop at the station called Eddie, and Iris couldn't seem to be able to back away from him. But for some odd reason I didn't feel a single drop of jealousy in my veins, and that's when I knew that something was wrong. I'm just happy that she noticed it too, so we could both be happy and move on. The relationship was kind of toxic at this point. So it was the best thing we could have done. I even already signed the papers."

Barry said this while looking at Caitlin's eyes, and not looking away once. Caitlin felt the warmth of his gaze, and made shivers go down her spine. Then Caitlin thought to herself: I love Barry Allen, but how can I tell him." While she was thinking she started to bite her lower lip which made Barry start to worry, and asked her if everything was ok. She slowly looked up into his beautiful emerald eyes and nodded, while giving a warm grin.

Barry then thought: I love Caitlin Snow, and now is my chance to show it, I don't care if I just signed my divorce papers. I love her. There is nothing that is going to stop me from telling her I lover her."

Barry then grabbed the courage and started to say: "Cait. You have been with me through everything. The good and the bad. You're the best friend that anyone could ask for. You even took good care of me back in high school when we were madly in love. And I can officially say, that those feelings that I had for you in High School have resurfaced. I love you Caitlin Snow." When he finished, he cupped Caitlin's face with his hands and planted a kiss right on her lips.

Caitlin was originally shocked, Barry Allen had just said the he loved her. She was frozen, and didn't return back the kiss Barry had just given her. Barry quickly noticed so he backed off scared that he might have just ruined their friendship. "Cait…Cait…I-I-I'm so sorry. I just had to do it. I didn't mean to put you in this position." Barry said sadly.

She just looked at him, and didn't say a word. She wrapped her hands around his neck and started to kiss him. Barry quickly responded and kissed her back. The kiss started off slow but got more intense after a while. They had been making out for a solid 5 minutes. Caitlin finally separated to take a deep breath.

Then the kiss started again. Barry picked up Caitlin, and she wrapped her legs around his waist. The kiss made both of them feel warm inside. They were happy. Barry flashed over to the sofa and positioned himself on top of Caitlin. Which made the kiss deepen. After a few minutes, they stopped and started cuddling. They both noticed that they were tired so they went to bed. And as Barry cuddled next to Caitlin in the bed, she could feel safe and loved for the first time in years. And was smiling at the thought that Barry Allen was now hers.

Next Day

They both woke up at the same time. And got ready for work. As Barry flashed back to his place to get some clothes, and came back. When he finished getting ready and was eating breakfast with Caitlin, his phone started to vibrate. It was Iris. Barry answered and put in in speaker, so Caitlin could know what was going on.

The Phone Call

Hi Barry

Hi Iris

I just wanted to say Im sorry. The divorce was a mistake. I still love you Barry Allen. I want you to be with me. I feel empty in the inside.

Iris look, we are already divorced, and its for the better. You just have to move on and find someone else. I can't go back to you. I don't feel the same way. And you know its true.

Barry hangs up

Barry quickly look at Caitlin with a sad look on her face, because she felt bad for Iris. Barry quickly noticed, and flashed next to her and grabbed her by the hips. Pulling her in closer to him. Placing his forehead at hers. "I love you Caitlin Snow." Barry said happily. "I love you too Caitlin quickly said."

Then she pulled him in by the collar of his shirt and started to make out with him. Then se looked at her whatch and noticed that they were late for work. So Barry quicly flashed them to S.T.A.R Labs. They stopped in the hall. Where they took one last passionate kiss.

Suddenly they hear Cisco say: "What is going on right now! Were you two just making out?"

Caitlin blushed and said: "You can't tell anyone we are dating, or that you ever saw us making out. A smirk appeared in Cisco's face. He was shipping those two since the day they met. His ship finally came true, he couldn't be any happier.
