The woman layed on the surgery table while doctors and genterns waddled all around, "Annnnndddddd nurse, hand me the eyes and we should be finished" The Doctor groaned.

It had been a 13 hour surgery to save Mag's life, and eyes. But they had done it, Blind Mag was alive.

As Mag layed asleep in the hospital room, she dreamt of her only memories.

The Warmth of the audience

Pulling her eyes out

Rotti cutting her line

. . .

The last voice she heard: Shiloh.

David had walked into the room. It was silent apart from the doctor talking to him. The doctor's words were muffled: "blah blah blah…" is all David heard, until the doctor uttered: "David, I think your sister will be just fine." And walked out.

The words hung in David's head –Just Fine—Just Fine—Just Fine

He walked over to the sleeping form of his sister and held her hand.

"Is this what's become of you, Mag? Jumping from hospital to hospital?" He wiped a tear away before it could smudge his white makeup.

"Don't cry for me, dumb fool." Mag's eyes opened

At the sound of his sister's voice he jumped, with tears streaming off his chin here and there. Commonly referred to as: 'Grave Robber' (His Zydrate vender street name) by his clients he was a tough soul to crack, but he always had a soft spot for his twin sister.

"Magdaline! They saved Gen… Your eyes, with Rotti Largo dead, the contract you signed with Gene-Co was abolished and you were free to keep the eyes" He smiled

"Great. . . I love not being blind" She smirked "What happened to Rotti?"

"He died at the Opera, he just collapsed" David Replied

Then Mag remembered: "What about Nathan, and Shiloh?"

David looked down sadly,

"Nathan is dead, The Last of Gene-Co's Repo Men is dead"

"…And silo?" Mag tried to hold back tears

"No one knows, she left the Opera before I could get there, she took Rotti's driver with her" David turned on the TV, hoping that Mag wouldn't feel so bad if she heard news of Gene-Co's demise.

"I TOLD YOU to LOOK after HER, DAVID" Mag threw a pillow and yelled

"Keep your voice down, it wasn't like I didn't keep her out of trouble, I helped her in the graveyard—" David was cut off.

"You got her captured."

"I disagree, technically, I got her back to her father. And I got her out of that concert place before Rotti came to check on her"

Mag looked more mad than relieved. "You took her on one of your Zydrate field trips, Grave Robber."

A news flash on the TV: "Amber Sweet, The Daughter of recently passed Rotti Largo, was found dead in her dressing room. Rumors have been spread of a Zydrate overdose, or a suicide."

"That's news we've been waiting to here." David laughed.

"Mag, Blind Mag?" Two men walked into the hospital room.

"Yes… Why, who wants to know?" David trusted his hand out to stop the two from entering the room.

"Our Business is not with you, please move aside" The stronger looking of the men took David's arm and threw him back into the chair.

"Mag, you've to come with us."
