A/N: This is dedicated to all my online friends, who thought that I should write another story or a one-shot. It's a one shot!!

Anyways, I got inspired during The Right Stuff… With Cameron and Chase being engaged and everything. Though it would be kind of cool to be the first one where it's canon! LOL (probably not!) I'm going to stop babbling and get on with the story…

"Hey, Honey!" Cameron said, stepping into Chase's car. They've been engaged for about a month now.

"Hey, how's was your day?" He leaned into her, and gave her a quick peck on the lips.

She responded and kissed back, afterwards saying, "Just fine…" Cameron was obviously distracted, and looked out the window of the car, as it started to move.

"What's wrong?" Chase asked concerned, as he turned out of the hospital grounds, and headed for their apartment.

"Oh, nothing…"

"It's definitely something…" He thought for a moment. "You saw him didn't you?"

"Him?" She asked defensively.

"Yes, him. Ya know, House." He looked at her, and then turned his head to concentrate on the road.

Cameron looked down at her hands, which sat neatly in her lap. "Yea."

"Umm, what'd he say?"

"He hunted me down, in the ER. I was kinda annoyed, but that's House. He annoys people."

"This is bad, you're starting to state the obvious." Chase joked.

Cameron laughed…(Cameron laughed…Two words I thought I'd never say in the same sentence, especially when I'm talking so in character!)

Chase continued, "He just found out that you were working here?" He paused. "Guess he's not hanging around the nurse's station anymore… But still we've been here, what? Three weeks?"

She nodded. "Do you think he knows about us?"

"Probably, we told Wilson, when we were in Arizona. And we both know that he would talk to House about it, especially if he brought it up."

"Yea, I'm being stupid." She stared out the window, the streets of Princeton being flashed before her. How great is it to be home? She thought.

"No, you're being irrational. But that's ok, you just saw your old boss. I'd feel the same way." He reached out and held her hand in his, stroking her smooth skin.

"You saw him too, didn't you?" Cameron predicted.

"Yea, I basically gave him his diagnosis in an OR. Patient was open, and all his minions were being, as House would call it, "idiots"."

Cameron stared at her fiancé. He stopped completely at a red light. Chase stared back.

"You're so beautiful…" He began. "I must be the luckiest guy on the planet."

She blushed a deep red, and filled the space between them. They kissed hard and passionate, waiting patiently to get home, to get down and dirty.

When they stopped, Cameron whispered, "I love you so much."

"Love you too. Always have, and will forever." He smiled.

"Me too."

The red light changed to green, and the couple rode to their apartment, ten minutes away from the hospital.

Chase and Cameron are lucky in so many ways. They have many things people want in life…Happiness, love, and a place named Princeton to call home.
