Marelene and Skipper have been dating for a while,now. They have been in a bit of a rut. For a week now, but it didn't mean they we're loosing feelings for each other, quiet the opposite. Skipper is just realizing how much he cares for her. Tonight marks their 6 month anniversary. Skipper want to do something special for Marelene. So he sneaks away from everyone to do though they agreed to no gifts, he wanted to give her something. Around nine Skipper is at Marelene's habitat. He picks her up, and covers her eyes. He walks her all the way to a path in Central Park. Marelene opens he eyes, and she has this awe look on her face. The parks' trees were covered in lanterns, and on the path candles were set on the side, and flower pedals of Marelene's favorite flowers are around each of the candles.
"Skipper what is this?" asks Merelene
"This? It's our date, I was wondering if you'd take a walk with me. " says Skipper,offering his flipper.
Marelene smiles and accepts Skippers flipper, in her hand.
They walk hand in hand silently, not wanting to spoil a moment of this. Skipper takes his other flipper and presses a button, which releases a flock of green butterflies.
"To match your beautiful green eyes." says Skipper
"This is all wonderful thank-you Skipper. I love it and I love you." says Merelene
"I love you,too." says Skipper
They continue walking for hours down the path. All the way back to the zoo.
