Alice POV
It was happening yet again that stupid dream; the one dream I could only see and not Edward; he always seemed to have missed it even if he always in my head (for Bella's sake most of the time), kept coming back to me. The stupid dream I could never remember the one with the man, the always changing man. All I get is the man with a big cheesy smile one minute and then a giant monster with horns the next but that man was always there with the beat of 2 hearts.
Just as fast as the dream started it finished. I was running through the forest dodging branches and jumping whenever I had the need to. Everyone was far in front I didn't mind not being fast as the others usually Jasper would be with me but he had ran ahead with Emmett playing a trick on Edward. We had moved once again away from Forks the same as always like that man never in the same place yet always at the right time.
As I ran, through the forest my mind had wondered to the man with the blue box. I mind wondered so far that by the next time I looked up a hard force for hit my face full on. I landed back a little shocked and hit the ground with a small 'Oh crap'. I stared up with interest at what I had missed in my sight to be able to hit so hard. And shocked to see Emmett just staring at my with the biggest, cheesiest grin in history and started laughing like thunder almost causing the ground to shake a tremble.
My head flopped back and my eyes closed still able to hear the thunder like laughter. I had closed my eyes to shake off that moment of embarrassment that would last a life time and in my case that was long. I quickly reopened my eyes to find Rose standing on top of my with a puzzled expression then a face with about to burst out laughing written all over it 'so how was the prank' I whispered with a sheepish grin. 'Alice what are you doing' was what I caught from Rosalie's mouth before she screamed out in laughter that was followed by gasps of air throw she really didn't need it. 'Well you see I a...' I was about to finish my sentence when japer ran in through the thick leaves of the forest to appear behind Rose looking extremely puzzled 'what happened' he looked down at me and pushed Rose out of the way , while sticking his hand out for me to grasp. I grabbed his hand with a thankful smile.
He twirled me into his arms; I could see the scars that painted his body and would never forget them or the way he smelt and the how he played with my fingers when I was bored or when he just laid in my lap and I played with his hair every moment I spent with him I remembered because right now that all I can remember without a human history. I danced away from him and towards Emmett who was rolling on the ground laughing, Jasper keeping close behind I looked at him and was about to say something when a sudden chill ran down my spine and I felt the world rush past me.
