And as my tear rolls down my cheek I realize that this isn't a dream,
It's reality.

And with this realization I know what I have truly done.
This act that I dreamed of, fantasized about.
The terror and fear in his eyes, the sorrow, his broken heart and spirit in my hands.

But... In reality, I only have his hate and his distraught gaze.

Then I realize...
It wasn't a tear that rolled down my face,
for as I gaze down at my hands I see a trickle of crimson
joined now by a flowing river from my chest.

My sorrow and pain at the distinct look of betrayal as I sit upon his love,
a love that was never meant to be tampered with.

A curse has been bestowed upon me.
