Happy

By Mitzuki Amagiwa

Naruto wasn't happy.

His day had gone from bad to worse; the worse being what he had seen this afternoon.

Why did he have to come back?

After abandoning the village for two years, he came back?

What nonsense was that?

He had known no one was ready for this.

And he had come back? Bleeding and moaning in pain, expecting for the village to take care of him?

Naruto threw on his jacket, looking to the table.

The blonde frowned at the picture lying on his table.

True, he had loved him once, but that was long ago, almost a lifetime ago.

Now he found the other male as nothing but a cold hearted jerk that was bent upon revenge for something that could have never been repented for.

Family.

Naruto shivered at the word. He had never had good experiences with family, the closest ever gotten was his broken team seven.

His team seven.

And if that arrogant jerk hadn't of left, his only family might not have been ripped away.

Ripped away and torn and twisted, until finally there was nothing left.

Sakura-chan didn't smile anymore; even he didn't smile anymore.

And it was his entire fault.

Not caring for the people around him, and only bent on growing stronger to avenge his fallen family.

Naruto smiled a bit.

Did that mean that he had permission to go and kill that teme to avenge his fallen family?

To avenge his friends?

To avenge his love?

The blonde carefully tossed the picture into the sink. He heard it shatter before calmly leaving through the door.

He was going to have a small talk with the avenger.

Slit his throat before announcing to the world what had been on his mind for the past two years:

Aishiteru, Sasuke-teme.
