My soul will be ripped apart
With guilt, shame and sorrow and longing
And I will always be alone for eternity until I finally die
As I live through people's times
As I live through their lives
As I live through their deaths
My heart will ache
For I cannot bring you back
The one that I love
Because you were always the one
That I loved
And still love
But I'm too old
I'm too scared to say
If you turned and ran away
If I said that I loved you
And I always will
Until the end of my days
