Disclaimer: I don't own Twilight.
Forever Was In Your Eyes
It was midnight. A quiet November night. Snow was falling to the ground, yet somehow, the moon managed to shine through the clouds. Although it was very far away, it felt like Christmas was in the air.
Alice sighed, her beautiful topaz eyes reflecting the light of the moon, as she peacefully gazed out the window.
She sat on the windowsill of her dark bedroom, staring out into the night, watching the snowflakes fall ever so gently onto the blanket of snow that covered the ground. The moon made the ground sparkle like millions of diamonds.
Her bedroom door creaked open. Alice didn't turn around, not even when it closed again.
Without a sound, a single body made its way across the room, quietly taking a seat on the edge of the couch right beside the window.
Blonde hair turned silver in the moonlight. "Alice." He breathed, reaching over and taking her own hand in both of his.
Alice shifted her head to gaze into his face. "Jasper." She spoke, little above a whisper.
Jasper wasn't one for many words, but the look on his face hinted that he had something on his mind. Alice had an idea of what was on his mind. "What?" She asked, her voice soft and playful, almost teasing him.
"I need to tell you something." Jasper spoke slowly, his eyes shifting from her eyes, hair, lips and back again to her eyes.
Alice blinked once at him in response, giving him a soft look.
Jasper's lips twitched. "Nevermind." He said, eyes shifting away from her face to look out the window.
Alice pressed his hand to her lips.
When Jasper looked back at her, she was smiling. "I love you too."
A/N: I know this was really short. It just kind of popped into my head though. My first Twilight story, so please review.
