Laxus was walking toward the train, his eyes cast down the bandages around his head and arms still fresh from the battle of fairy tail. The guilt was finally setting in making him ashamed of his actions, he could hardly stand to think of the pain he caused, the allies he turned on each other, his family he tried to destroy. All because of his greed to be the new master.
The guilt ridden man kept his head down and shoulders sagged as he walked slowly and directly into a certain person's path. They fell as they collided, the electric dragonslayer now on his back looking up at a mass of brown hair.
"Ah, my apologies! I wasn't looking where I was going! Are you alright sir?" a kind, female voice asked quickly moving her small body off the males rather large one. Laxus sat up and looked at the girl. She had beautiful long brown hair, yet her bright blue eyes seemed to have him captivated.
"I'm fine, tch, you should watch where you're going." He winced at his own tone, he hadn't meant for it to sound as harsh. The girl blinked and stood up.
"No need to be rude sparky, I already apologized." she said holding her hand out for him. He brushed it off and stood on his own. The girl huffed and turned away, "Well then if you don't mind me asking is The Fairytail guild in this town?" she asked her body language trying to say she's tough but the look in her eyes said otherwise. Laxus's eyes flashed with guilt before nodding. Then his eyes flashed with confusion. "Thanks I guess I'll be seeing you sir" she said turning and starting to walk away.
"Why did you call me sparky?" He called not wanting her to leave yet. She smirked.
"Why not?" she called waving her hand slowly and hurrying along her way. Laxus smirked slightly and kept walking. Maybe things would be okay for him.
Meanwhile at fairy tail, our all too familiar Erza Scarlet had just sat down to indulge in some confectionary delights when a certain salmon haired dragon slayer went crashing through the exact table her sweet treats had peacefully awaiting their predetermined fate. The requip mage did not find that pleasing so much to the others dismay she yelled so loudly that the mage wandering towards the guild could hear it from her not so close position making her dash to the guild.
"NATSU!" The fiery red head shouted, She wasn't hiding her anger very well seeing that the whole guild, and Natsu were terrified.
"AH LUCY SAVE ME!" a shaking Natsu exclaimed speeding behind her in an attempt to escape the latter's wrath.
"Don't hide behind me Natsu!" Lucy said terrified of the approaching ginger.
"N-now Erza, Lucy had nothing to do with this don't hurt her please" The normally cool Ice Mage stuttered trying to calm her down.
"She hides him from me! she will face my wrath as well!" She yelled throwing Gray back. Her fist went forward in an anger powered strength and would have hit the poor blonde except for the banging of the doors opening and a strong gust of air hitting Erza's fist shifting her aim making her hit the counter instead of the celestial mage.
"Sorry I didn't mean to intrude, I originally came to join but saw you about to hit her and couldn't help but interfere." The young stranger said gaining the surprised glance of all of the members. She was young, only a year or two older than Team Natsu, Long brown hair lying flatly against her shoulders and back, she wore tan shorts that ended mid-thigh with various pockets lining the sides, a black tank, crop top covered her upper half but barely covered anything below her busty had on a long, regal looking cloak and fingerless gloves adorned her hands more than likely hiding rough calluses. Her eyes were a bright blue and very expressive while the rest of her was very pleasing to look at. A certain blonde's eyes began to widen with recognition and a hand covered her mouth as she gasped.
"Baylee?" her voice started as a whisper, a slow smile spread across her face, eyes lit up in joy. "Baylee!" she said louder, gaining the attention of the strangely quiet guild members and the new mage. The new mage smiled in recognition.
"No way Lucy?!" she exclaimed "it's been forever since I've seen you!" she grinned. Lucy ran over and hugged the new mage tightly.
"Last I saw you you had no magic what magic do you have now?!" Lucy asked excitedly.
"Oh that? I'm the Multi Dragonslayer" everything went even quieter before everyone in unison yelled
"WHAT?!"
