The door to the throne room creaked as I walked in. My now dying father was sitting in his throne. He looked pitiful. "Thor," he croaked.

"Yes, All-Father?

"I have disturbing news. Loki is still alive."

"What?! I saw him die!"

My father shook his head sadly. "No. My guards found him imposing a servant, and now he is in his cell. But that isn't the disturbing news. Loki wasn't ever evil to began with. The night, I brought him home a witch entered his body and can easily use him like a puppet."

"He was never evil to began with?! A witch entering his body?!"

"Yes. She lives on him, making his soul weaker by the minute. And on the very minute Loki turns 35, Loki shall die, giving the witch complete control of his corpse. We, your mother and I, thought if we acted like we did, it would help Loki. But it didn't help. After the New York attack, I gave up on Loki. But you manged to get him to fight if long enough to help you fight the dark elves. You brought me hope. Promise me, with Loki's 35th birthday coming close, that you will save him."

I nodded.

And with that, my father passed on.

Loki looked semi-peaceful as he laid asleep in his cell. I couldn't believe it. All this time Loki hadn't been the trouble?! How dare that witch use my younger brother like that?!"

I just watched sadly as my younger brother breathe in and out. But suddenly Loki couldn't breathe right. He started to gag. A ghost of a young beautiful maiden came out of his body. "You might as well give it up again. You can't win."

"Stop!" I yelled, using the Mjolnir to break the cell spell of a door. The ghost of a maiden quickly went back into Loki.

"Loki!" I yelled. Loki jumped and fell out of his bed.

"Waking me up like that, what the bloody shit do you want?!"

"Why didn't you ever tell me about that witch?"

"Why do you care?! I expected you to count it as another thing that proved me to be a piece of garbage compared to you. "

Earth.

"Oh yes, Thor, very wise! Let's leave a powerful world to go to worthless earth!"

"Loki shut it!" I yelled. I turned around and started to led the way to Jane's. With the idea of Loki's life on the line with this thing inside of him, I turned to the only man I thought could help us. Dr. Erik Selvig.

We hadn't gotten very far, when Loki spoke again. "You can do all you want, but I'm not giving up my host." I turned around.

"Loki?"

Loki's eyes had gone dark, and his back was stiff. I could tell this wasn't my brother. "Loki, fight her."

"He can not fight it, I own him I-"

Loki fell.

"Loki!" I yelled as I rushed to my brother's unconsies side.
