The final bell rang loud through Rosewood High. Emily got out of her seat quickly, clearly ready to get out of there. Mr. Fitz was her teacher, and she couldn't pay attention all week because of what Aria told her about her little make out almost hook up with him last Saturday. She walked through the doorway and into the hallway and spotted a girl who just started to swim at Rosewood High, even though she has gone here her whole life. She was very pretty. Short, green eyes, smooth brown hair, amazing personality. Just my type.

"Hey Becky!", Emily called

"Emily! What class did you just come out of?", Becky asked

"English 11. It's awful.", Explained Emily

They continued talking all the way to their lockers. Emily's locker was only two away from Becky's.

"Well I'll see you at practice later", Emily said as she shut her locker door with a bang.
"Wait do you want to come over and help me with my geometry? I know you're really good at that." asked Becky

"Sure, of course I will! Let me just get my stuff at home first so we can ride to swim together."

"Alright. See you in a few!"

Em was really excited. Becky gave her a feeling that she hasn't ever had with any other person. The feeling that Spencer, Aria, and Hannah explained when they had a crush. Thats what she was feeling. Butterflies in her stomach, wanting to be with her. Not even in a sexual way. In a way that she wants to feel her skin if they're standing next to each other, or how she wants to hear Becky talk about what she's passionate about. To see the light in her eyes and her smile when she is excited about something. They way she says her name. Em-elle-aaaaaye (extending the A a lot). Em thought everything she did was so cute, and she just wants to be around her.

Emily made her way to the side entrance where her car was parked. She passed Aria and Hannah in the hall.

"Hey where's Spencer?" Emily asked

"She's in some math meeting or whatever club is going on today.", Aria answered.

"Why do you need Spencer?", Hannah almost immediately asked back.

Emily thought of all the reasons why she needed Spencer now. She was the first one to comfort Emily when the pictures of Maya and her leaked. She totally excepted Em. She could talk to her about all of her girl crushes without feeling weird. Her and Em are best friends. She had to tell her about Becky and her feelings for her.
"I just do. I have to talk to her about something. I'll call her after swim practice."

And with that I walked off. Aria and Hannah didn't need to know about her unless she actually got into a relationship with her. They always talk to Emily about girls like it's funny or they think it's so cute to be gay. Emily doesn't get it. She wished they would just it like a normal crush because it was a normal crush.

Emily finally got to her car and started it. When she got home, she quickly got her swim stuff and went over to Becky's.
