In a peaceful town of Namimori, a mother named Sawada Nana is giving birth to twins in the Namimori Hospital.
"Sawaada-san, here are your lovely twins, but there is problem involving the younger child," stated the doctor emotionless.
"Huh, what is wrong with my baby?" Nana questioned worriedly glancing at the young girl.
"Well, she is diagnosed with an incurable heart disease and we need to put her in medication her whole life," explained the doctor.
"Oh no, why? Wait, does Iemitsu know about this?" Now faced to the doctor.
"Yes, he was informed earlier, he is now outside, sitting in the chairs."
"Please tell him to come in," asked Nana.
"Alright," the doctor went out and called for Iemitsu. Iemitsu came in and sat on the edge of the bed.
"Did he tell you?" Iemitsu questioned with a pained expression. Nana nodded and started to cry.
"Why, why her?" Cried Nana. Iemitsu hold her close to him.
"Don't worry, We will take good care of her, I'm sure. So it will be alright," reassured Iemitsu.
"Yeah, we will," said Nana, calming down. Just then a nurse came in and bowed.
"I'm sorry to interup, but here are your children." Handing the boy to the father and the girl to the mother. After that, the nurse politely left.
"Lets choose a name for the older child," stated Nana.
"How about Tsunayoshi, Sawada Tsunayoshi?" Iemitsu Picked .
"That's great, Sawada Tsunayoshi," smiling at the boy. "Now, what do think of Yuko?"
"That's a great name!" Iemitsu exclaimed.
"Welcome to the family, Sawada Tsunyoshi and Sawada Yuko," stated Nana.
