Nagihiko's POV
I stared into her honey golden eyes as she stared back into mine.
It was a warm night. Rima and I were just standing there, in the pouring rain. I had found her a few minutes ago on the swings, depressed about her parents again.
Pouring her eyes out, she stood up and buried her head into my chest which lead us to this point of time.
I saw tears still streaming down her cheeks. I wiped it away with my thumb, smiling softly.
"Why?" she quietly asked. "After all the hate I've given you. Why are you always the only one I can actually count on?"
I pushed her hair away from her beautiful face, framing it perfectly.
I carassed her face gently. I stared at her magnificent facial features. Her snow white pale skin, her golden blonde hair that framed her face, her honey golden eyes, her small pink lips, everything about her was beautiful.
"Why?" she repeated.
"Because." I felt our foreheads touch.
"Because of what?"
I leaned in for a soft gentle kiss. "Because I love you." returning to the kiss soon after.
"I love you, too..." she whispered.
I was embraced in a hug, our foreheads touching again.
