As i heard the sound of meowing, I sat up, stretched, and walked out of my bed and into the open world. "Hello cranepaw!" i said calmly walking to the lake. " Hi." he said. i leaned by the lake and took a long sip. I saw bubbles slowly rising to the surfase. i leaned in closer. Suddenly, a giant monster swished me into the water. "Heee" i screamed but the rest of was muffled by the water.
I slowly opened my eyes and looked around. "How?" i said as i looked up watching the fish float above me. I was in a bubble of air! I felt my paws touch the water. I shivered. "Starclan has summoned you, flutterpaw. Your clan needs your help. Somthing bad will happen." I looked around, trying to find the cat that was talking. Was this a trick?
My eyes popped open just as the water rushed inward torwards me. I heaved in and out. "good thing that was only a dream." I managed to stutter. I streched and walked outside to the fresh kill pile, which was enormous! Then i saw somthing out of the corner of my eye. The pile moved. I Leaned down hoping it was a mouse, or if i was lucky enough, a bird trapped inside. Right when i pounced," Raaaaaauuuuuuurrrrrr" cranepaw growled. I slammed my side on a rock, as i fell.
cranepaw then realized what he did and helped me up. I shook my fur... "Gotcha!" i screamed! then we started laughing. Just then Firestar walked over."I need you two to take the morning patrol near four trees" he said. we walked out of the opening and near fout we stopped to sit.
" Boy potrolling is boring."
"you can say that again."
Just then a loud noise came. we both looked at four trees and saw enormous walls of red hot flames
