It was one of those days where even if you stripped into your swimsuit and dove straight into a pool, you'd still be hot. Lucky Team Stax, however, had the X-scaper. This is where we'll find Boomer, relaxing in the pilot's seat. Ky had gone to the Klub (Boomer suspected it was to meet Zair), and Maya was off being Maya. His best guess was that she and Tetra were off investigating odd-colored Kairu. Remembering the grey Kairu incident, and the whacked out red Kairu, he shuddered at the thought of the smart E-teens and the love-struck girls. His thoughts were interrupted by a Kairu update.

"Cuba." He mused to himself, "Looks like I'm going swimming."

-BREAK-

Diara, even for a ditz, knew something was wrong when Lokar told the teams to "go have fun." And that fashion-clad woman in the library? Just too much for her. But her thoughts were shaken as her sister ran past her to catch up with the teams. Koz and Zane had on classic over-protective brother looks on, because Teeny and Zair were meeting Archi and Ky (Somewhere, Boomer just went I KNEW IT!) Techris and Bash were discussing battle strategies, and Rynoh and Zylus were arguing about who-knows-what.

"Sis." Teeny said. "Aren't you coming with us?"

"No." She replied. "I have plans. Have fun at the Klub, and don't get too cozy with that boy." Teeny fumed.

"I KNOW WHERE YOU SLEEP!" The princess tolled her eyes just as her X-reader went off.

"Cuba? Oh! I could use a dip!" and then she gathered her swimsuit, and disappeared.

When she arrived, she changed into her suit and followed her X-reader. It came to a small waterfall. "Oh goody! This looks so pretty!" She was about to jump in when…

"Diara?" Boomer asked. He had been happily swimming when he heard the breaking of branches. He hid quickly underwater, until he saw her. She jumped and fell into the water when he called her name. "What are you doing here? And why aren't the other's here?" He asked.

"Well, they're at the Klub. I'm here because I want to swim."

"Oh. Cool!" he said.

"And before you say it, no challenges. I'm relaxing today."

"Me too. Hey, want to see my flip of that cliff?"

"No."

"Too late." He climbed to the ledge quickly, and from there jumped off and into the pool. Water flew everywhere.

"What was that!" Diara cried.

"A…cannonball?"

"That's not a cannonball. This is." And then, she repeated his actions, but was a lot swifter. The water flew in one direction: towards Boomer.

"Well, you get brownie points for the water." He said jokingly. And after that, for a couple of hours, they sat and talked, swam around, and did a few more jumps. By three a clock, it had cooled down. They both forgot about the Kairu.

"Uggg. My siblings are probably waiting for me. I have to go." Diara got out, followed by Boomer. "But, well, thanks." She then kissed him on the cheek. "Tell anyone I did that and you die. Am I clear?" He saluted her with a goofy grin.

"Crystal." And with that, they took two separate ways, and went home.
