…Forbidden Child…
Playing with the winds of fate
My hands my heart, are there to take
Watching through eyes of old
My story a tale never told
With my father and mother dead
My sister longs for her sibling
And I am forever quizzing
Should I tell her of his fate
His bloodstained hands, and unclean slate?
Better hidden are secrets dark
To that of sad, but beautiful lark
For I could never admit it and say
'I am your brother, be as it may'
His green eyes are stern yet forgiving
Pleading with me to continue on living
Whether I tell her the truth or not
I am the child the world forgot
