Hey folks! I can't stop writing these fanfics! I just love writing! I really hope you enjoy this!]

Edit: I recently recieved a message regarding me using the lyrics for the song in this fic. To be honest, I've made many songfics in the past and I've never had an issue. Those who have read my stories from day one would know that. However, I don't wanna risk getting banned, so I'm gonna be removing the lyrics from ALL of my songfics, and replace them with a line where they can be imagined to be instead. I will still say what song inspired me to do the specific fic, but no more lyrics. Don't wanna take any chances, so thanks for understanding :)

You Can't Take Me

(Lyrics)

Ellis' body and clothes were covered in a mixture of mud and blood. He struggled once again against the grip that the soldiers had on him. This only led to another swift punch and kick to his already battered body. But there was no-one to protect him from his abuse, none of his friends were with him. They had gotten separated by the military. They had knocked his friends out and dragged him away from the scene…

(Lyrics)

Ellis had tried many times to escape, but no matter how much he kicked or struggled, the soldiers' grip on him would never falter. Before they took him away, he and his friends had fought against them, that is, until one of the soldiers grabbed Ellis and pointed a gun to his head. The soldier told Ellis' friends to co-operate, or they would kill him. His friends stopped fighting, and the soldiers then knocked them out…

(Lyrics)

Ellis was exhausted, but he didn't give up. He could feel the soldiers' grip loosening a bit. But he was getting weaker. The soldiers had forced him to walk for hours, obviously to weaken him. Ellis demanded to know what would happen to his friends, but the soldiers just kept quiet, only opening their mouths to shout out an order, either to him, or to another soldier…

(Lyrics)

Ellis had no idea why the soldiers were doing this to him. But when he demanded to know, the soldiers just kept quiet once again. Ellis then had a plan. He waited until the soldiers let down their guard, then gave a jerk and broke out of their grip. Even though Ellis was on the verge of collapsing, he ran back the way he came, not looking back or stopping to take a rest. He heard the soldiers shouting out orders and giving chase, but Ellis didn't care. He ran until he was out of the soldiers' sight. As the CEDA building he was taken from came into view, Ellis ran faster. He didn't care about all the dangers he would face. All he cared about was finding his friends and escaping. He knew in his heart that they would make it out from this nightmare together, no matter how long it took…
