The witch stared blankly at her boyfriend as he raced into the apartment that they shared. He was only wearing his jeans with his fly down, the rest of his clothes were bundled up in his hands. The shoelaces of his trainers were undone, having been thrown on in his haste to chase after her, and his hair was messed up from the encounter that he had just had with her best friend.

"I'm really sorry that I cheated so much. But I guess that's just the way things are."

She tore her eyes away from his, knowing that she would only fall for his charm again, and Cho wasn't going to be taken for a fool any longer. She had forgiven him far too many times for his indiscretions, but now he had gone too far.

"The way things are," she yelled, slapping him across the face. "You must be joking right? And if you think for one second that I'm going to stick around here with you then you have got another thing coming."

"So where does that leave us?" Michael asked with a sorrowful expression on his face.

"There is no us anymore. So why don't you just go," she told him, narrowing her eyes at the man she thought she would be with for the rest of her life.

"Now!" she yelled when he didn't move, grabbing the nearest object and throwing it at his head.

The wizard ducked and hurried towards the bedroom to pack up his belongings as quickly as possible, with every intention of returning to win Cho back once the dust had settled.
