"Takashi! My head really, really hurts, and I don't know why!" Honey was clutching his head with a bunch of ice cream in front of him. Haruhi-sempai walked over to him.
"Honey-sempai, are you sure that it's not just brain freeze? Hikaru-sempai and Kaoru-sempai walked over.
"Now because Honey-sempai-"
"Always eats his ice cream moderately-"
"Because he's afraid-"
"Of brain freeze." Kyoya-sempai nodded.
"Yeah, that's right. Honey-sempai is so afraid of brain freeze that ice cream is one of the very few sweets he doesn't like." Mori-sempai went over to Honey-sempai.
"Mitsukuni, where does your head hurt?"
"Everywhere on my head! Everywhere!" He hugged Mori-sempai. "Make it stop Takashi! It really hurts!" Haruhi dug around in her pants pockets.
"I think I have some headache medicine." Tamaki-sempai gave her a look over the shoulder.
"Well, whatever would you need that for my dear Haruhi?"
"Dealing with you people tends to give me a headache, and especially dealing with you, Tamaki-sempai." Total honesty, with good intentions. It really hurt Tamaki, so he went into his emo corner. Haruhi-sempai tried to give the medicine to Honey-sempai. "Here Honey-sempai, try this."
"NO! Medicine is very yucky and gross! It's not sweet at all."
"May I see it?" Mori-sempai held out his hand. Haruhi-sempai nodded and gave it to him. He took it and a little frosting on some of Honey-sempai's cake, and then coated the pill in the frosting. "Mitsukuni, it tastes just like frosting." Honey-sempai looked up at him.
"Really? Are you sure Takashi?" Mori-sempai nodded.
"Just like frosting." Honey-sempai took the pill easily.
"Wow, it does taste like frosting! Can I have another?" Mori-sempai smiled.
"Having too many of these is just like having a cavity. You don't want that, do you?" Honey-sempai's eyes widened as he grabbed his cheek and remembered that cavity.
"NO, no Takashi!" Haruhi-sempai looked over them.
"They really are like brothers, aren't they?" Hikaru-sempai and Kaoru-sempai nodded.
"What would you expect-"
"From two people who grew up together?"
